"This work was carried out successfully under time, on budget and to a high quality standard.
TDM carried out dewatering in a very efficient and well-prepared manner which meant we didn’t suffer any delays due to the high levels of water and actually in fact, still completed the works ahead of schedule. All of the 100mm diameter laterals encountered were also replaced which TDM successfully carried out using a pipe-bursting technique.
As TDM completed their works ahead of schedule this enabled us to secure them to carry out further works in the catchment to compensate for the delays other contractors suffered.
They are a very environmentally aware contractor and went above and beyond their normal duties to ensure best environmental practice was adhered to, especially when working in such close proximity to the river. During their time with us they received recognition from SCIRT for their diligence in reporting environmental and safety issues which arose on site.
Overall TDM were a very easy contractor to work with and met or exceeded expectations in dealing with programming and environmental requirements and I would have no hesitation working with them again in the future if the situation arises."

"I worked with TDM Construction Ltd on the $40M EMU Depot Project in Auckland. It was a very complex project in a very tight site footprint, operating within an extremely tight timeframe.
The original contract was just over $700K but with design changes and extensive rock breaking, the final contract values over $1.1M. It is testament to TDM that they not only absorbed all of these extra works, they finished on time and with no claims for an extension on time. I found the TDM crew very professional, their positive attitude and focus on safety is what sets them apart from other contractors."

"TDM were great to deal with. They provided the most competitive tender price and from the time the contract was signed they took a positive attitude to getting the job done.
Whether dealing with tricky site conditions, council, Heritage New Zealand and local Iwi (it was a sensitive coastal site) or neighbours, nothing was ever a 'problem'. We never had to look at the contract and the only variations were extra works instructed by me.
It can be hard to find a decent honest contractor these days and that is what TDM are. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
