42 LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION

As TDM Construction Ltd’s first subdivision, this 42 large (2500m2 plus) lot project has been a memorable part of our portfolio.
With a relatively steep gradient, and managing new demands, services, procedures, machinery and employees, this became a learning experience for all involved as new challenges were faced and overcome.
As the success of this subdivision exceeded our expectations, we have gone on to expand our team, training, machinery, and services to meet the required demands for the many subsequent subdivision projects, and continue to do so.
