38 LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION

This 38 lot subdivision commenced late in the earthworks season so it was critical that the job was set up for the ensuing winter months effectively, so that consent would be granted to work during this time.
The team met all expectations and we were able to complete the works, despite it being the most challenging of winters with the most extreme rainfall events we have encountered yet.
