20 LOT SUBDIVISION

This 20 lot subdivision, situated on the coast in Port Waikato, was completely situated in iron sand. In this case, rain was advantageous and provided assistance with the bulk earthworks.
Dry weather conditions proved to be arduous and there were some challenging aspects about constructing roads and sections on what was sometimes literally a moving landscape.
The subdivision was completed on time and on budget, and gave the team some valuable experience of working in these conditions.
