32 LOT RURAL - RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION

A large 32 lot rural subdivision, located on a unique block of land covering steep gullies and rolling hills.
This project involved piping numerous gullies to minimise erosion from the newly constructed roads with grades of up to 25%, and trenches over three metres deep in some areas. This was fundamental to sediment control and to meet our discharge obligations. Further, it enabled timely completion of the project.
The project also involved a major intersection upgrade which was completed over the winter months.
