Initially TDM Construction Ltd was contracted to install a major stormwater culvert as part of the Bruce McLaren Retirement Village in Botany. Following the success of this, we continued on to install all the drainage and utility services for the entire project over two years.

Since then, we have worked on, or continue to work on, five other major villages throughout the Auckland region. This enhances our experience in managing large scale sites with multiple sub-contractors, working together at the same time.
